What are the paint colors that increase your home's value when you are looking at listing your property for sale?  As a realtor for over 24 years, I know that your selection of paint colors has the power to transform the ambiance of a room and boost your home's value, provided you opt for the appropriate color palette.  

 

Neutral colors like shades of white, beige, taupe, and grays lead to a faster sale because when buyers are searching for a new place to call home, they often aim to add their personal touches to make it their dream home.

 

Choose light and airy color avoiding stark white colors.  Gray was trending in 2023, but in 2024, a famuous mix between tan and gray is a great choice.   Gray Mist by Benjamin Moore is a fabulous mix between tan and gray - a very homey color.

Gray Mist can play host to so many accompanying colors, you will still be able to make unique choices in hue that add a dash of splash.Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter is a classic, versatile gray paint color that can be used in just about every room of the house, from living rooms and kitchens to bedrooms and bathrooms, but pair it with white trim.  I highly suggest Revere Pewter paint on cabinets because it keeps the space looking fresh and updated while also adding warmth and keeping the cabinets from looking too stark.
