This story started with a cold call, but not like you think. My fiancee and I decided that we wanted a condo by the beach and set our sights in the Wildwood area. I started calling the listing agents for properties that we were interested in to get additional information. Kelly, was one of those agents that I spoke with. Having never talked to me before, Kelly was warm and very insightful. Almost 2 months later I reached back out to Kelly in the hopes she would represent us as home buyers and to continue our search for the right property. Without hesitation, Kelly said that she would love to work with us. Our interaction followed by me sending a list of almost 20 properties that we were interested in. Might sound like a daunting number to most, but Kelly was quick to start reviewing the list of properties that we were interested in to help us determine which ones would best fit our wants and needs. Once the right properties were identified, we decided that we would make a trip to the Wildwoods to see some properties first hand. Before we made it to Wildwood, there was one specific property that my fiance really wanted to see. So we asked Kelly if she wouldn't mind visiting the property for us and conducting a video walkthrough. Living over 2 hours away, Kelly made the time to visit this property and walk us through it over video call. Later that day we decided to put in an offer. At first, the offer was countered and with some guidance, Kelly helped us to navigate the negotiation process ultimately getting us the deal that we wanted all along. Kelly was quick to get us in touch with the right people for mortgage, insurance, and home inspection. Everybody that Kelly recommended provided top tier service. There were some items of concern on the home inspection. Kelly contacted one of her contractors to address the item quickly for us relieving the concerns. When there were some questions about the information provided by the HOA, Kelly was quick to get on the phone with me and the HOA representative to iron out all the concerns. When it became time to do the final walk-through, Kelly contacted one of her colleagues to do a video walkthrough so that my fiancee and I did not have to travel 2 hours to inspect the property. Throughout the entire home buying process Kelly was responsive and always provided honest guidance and feedback making us feel very comfortable in the decisions that we were making. This experience was by far one of the best examples of customer service I've ever received in any industry. We are so thankful to call Kelly our realtor, but even more so the privilege to call her a friend today.
